Recommended in the 2025 MICHELIN Guide, Motor Supply Co. Bistro is one of the first restaurants to have opened in the historic Congaree Vista. We use sustainably farmed, house-butchered meats, farm-to-table produce, and South Carolina seafood. All our dressings, sauces and desserts are house-made. Our menu changes for lunch, dinner, and brunch which allows diners a chance to try something new every time they come through the door.
